With a lifelong passion for movement and mentorship, Ulyana Yazvina founded International Dance Academy in January 2022 as a space to share her international experience and inspire the next generation of dancers.
A highly accomplished dance educator, choreographer, and mentor with over 18 years of professional experience, Ulyana also serves as the Head Coach of the Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) Dance and Cheer Teams, leading with a commitment to excellence.
Her mission is to elevate the standard of dance education and to empower young dancers to reach their highest potential on and off the stage.
Ulyana has traveled the world teaching dance and choreography - working with a lot of foreign dance studios, public, nonprofit, and private arts enterprises as well as judging all over the Europe (Sweden, Slovak Republic, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Czech Republic, Poland).
She holds NFHS Cheer and Dance safety certification, NDCA Coaches credentials Level 1, NDCA judging credentials, ICU judging certification, IDO judging certification.
Ulyana has performed and trained nationally and internationally taking classes from the best teachers in industry (Broadway Dance Center (New York, US), Devil`s Rock Academy (Italy)) and has been recognized for her creative dancemaking.
