This class is designed specifically for competitive dancers looking to enhance their routines with dynamic acro elements.
Training includes skills such as aerials, walkovers, back handsprings, front and back limbers, and their creative variations, acro transitions commonly seen in competitive jazz, lyrical, and contemporary routines. Technique, strength, flexibility, and precision are key components of every class.
Perfect for dancers currently on or preparing for a competition team, this class supports the development of acro tricks that elevate stage presence and impress judges—while ensuring they’re executed with proper technique and confidence.
