This class is designed to help students build the strength, endurance, flexibility, and control needed to excel in all styles of movement. Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, core work, and dynamic stretching, students will improve their power, alignment, stamina, and injury prevention.
The class focuses on developing the muscle groups most used in acro and dance - especially the core, legs, and upper body - while enhancing balance, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Whether you're training for competition, preparing for a demanding season, or simply looking to boost your physical ability, this class is an essential part of weekly training.
Open to all students looking to level up their technique and confidence through focused cross-training.
Attire
Top
Fitted athletic t-shirt, tank top, or leotard (no skirts)
Bottoms
Leggings, bike shorts, or athletic shorts (mid-thigh or longer). No jeans or restrictive clothing.
Shoes
Lightweight athletic sneakers or barefoot/grip socks
Hair
Pulled back in a ponytail, bun, or braid
NO chewing gum, food or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled back in pony tail or bun so that is stays up for the entire workout. Personal items should be left at home. Jewelry articles should be left at home. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Please mark student's personal items with their name (including shoes).
